About me

Hi, I’m Will. I’ve worked in mental health for over 25 years in a variety of different roles. A registered nurse by background, I currently work as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

I know, first hand, the pressures of work whilst juggling a busy personal life and was introduced to hypnotherapy following a period of chronic stress and burnout. I was amazed at how quickly and effective it was in addressing my symptoms. It resulted in a fascination for the subject and a decision to train as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist myself.

I specialise in supporting clients with anxiety (in all it’s forms) and low mood, as well as a range of other issues.

I’m passionate about this highly effective form of therapy. This, along with the reported satisfaction of clients, continuers to inspire me.

As a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), I abide by their professional and ethical Codes of Conduct.
